I have had nothing but trouble when dealing with this practice nothing to do with Dr Boyd himself but his receptionist. Dealing with the pain of my tonsils has been more bearable than dealing with the receptionist. I was surprised to find that trying to schedule & reschedule appointments proves harder than the surgery itself.

I was very happy with Dr. Wilson-Boyd's service. He was very happy to discuss my issue at length, gave me excellent advice and a further referral when it became necessary. He followed a query I had with a prompt, extended phone call and his office was efficient and very helpful. I would recommend him as a local E.N.T. specialist.
My doctor got it done tests, scan,full body die scan, fna before sending me to Dr Brian. I met first time he checked ,wrote notes and ask for same fna test again ($495) I got it done. Once report went to him so i saw him again and fna report came back with same results. whole time Dr Brian was searching internet for reasons/test etc. .Third time Dr Brian asked for same fna procedure with more tests ($160).
