No issues with this ENT, but his receptionist (Debra) who seems to hate life , and comes across rude. I hate calling.
Amazing ENT highly recommend. Listens to all medical evidence and does all things to make sure you get all the answers you need. I have been to many ENTs be he is one of the best ones I have seen.
I have had nothing but trouble when dealing with this practice nothing to do with Dr Boyd himself but his receptionist. Dealing with the pain of my tonsils has been more bearable than dealing with the receptionist. I was surprised to find that trying to schedule & reschedule appointments proves harder than the surgery itself.
