I have had nothing but trouble when dealing with this practice nothing to do with Dr Boyd himself but his receptionist. Dealing with the pain of my tonsils has been more bearable than dealing with the receptionist. I was surprised to find that trying to schedule & reschedule appointments proves harder than the surgery itself.

I was very happy with Dr. Wilson-Boyd's service. He was very happy to discuss my issue at length, gave me excellent advice and a further referral when it became necessary. He followed a query I had with a prompt, extended phone call and his office was efficient and very helpful. I would recommend him as a local E.N.T. specialist.
