My wife had received a root canal by a different provider and continued to have pain when she ate. She then had an additional root canal by the provider and continued to have pain. My wife was subsequently referred to a different endodontist, not Dr. Wells, to determine whether there was a nerve she missed. We prayed asked Jesus to help us find a good endodontist. Dr Wells goes far beyond the expected to achieve what is needed for you to have a successful experience and perfect outcome with your root canal...... He's extraordinary in everything he does , very kind and compassionate. I love recognizing businesses that provide exceptional service, and Wells Endodontics definitely deserves a 5-star review. My wife had her root canal done on Friday. She said she was super scared and stressed out about having to get a root canal but Dr Wells took all that anxiety away. From the minute you walk in their door you are treated with kindness and compassion. This is the absolute best customer service at a Dr office I have ever seen. Dr Wells is super friendly and totally honest when doing his procedure step by step. He has a bird feeder out in front of each treatment window to watch. Absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wells and his staff. They've created what can be a scary experience into a very pleasant environment, informative process, and stress free. Highly recommend if you need a root canal.
