Dr. Van Slooten was a true professional, the operation he performed was painless and had little to no discomfort when getting a filling. He is also working with me on another dental procedure that is quite honestly very complicated and he has been coming from a prospective of care and making sure I’m set up for success long term and not just a unsustainable or ineffective quick fix. I really appreciate the whole team and what they do!
I saw Dr. Van Slooten and he was offensive and condescending and I won’t be back because of that experience. Other staff were pretty friendly.
This was genuinely the worst dental experience of my entire life. In short, I will never ever be returning to this dentist and likely I will avoid all dentists for the rest of my life. This has caused me genuine trauma and every time I think of going back I start crying. I went in and every member of the staff was sitting in a circle facing the door so I am already thrown off.
