The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The way one of the dentist (Dr. Kayla) treated me was disgusting after doing nothing but asking a polite question about a VERY expensive procedure. LOOK ELSEWHERE
I never write anything negative about a business because I don't believe in doing that, but I had such a disturbing experience I had to write this review. I had been going to this location for my dental cleanings since before it was taken over by Brian Van Slotten. I stayed with the practice after it changed hands, and kept my regular dental care with him. He seemed caring and I thought put the patient's best interest at the forefront. I was mistaken. This place is amazing - my husband and I have been going here since they opened and we've never had a bad experience! Everyone in the office is incredibly patient and kind but Derik Sven is the absolute BEST. I get it - going to the dentist is not a fun experience (sorry). Derik is arguably the BEST hygienist I have EVER seen - not even joking - I completely understand it's strange to say I have a favorite hygienist, but I do.
