I saw Dr. Van Slooten and he was offensive and condescending and I won’t be back because of that experience. Other staff were pretty friendly.
This was genuinely the worst dental experience of my entire life. In short, I will never ever be returning to this dentist and likely I will avoid all dentists for the rest of my life. This has caused me genuine trauma and every time I think of going back I start crying. I went in and every member of the staff was sitting in a circle facing the door so I am already thrown off. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The way one of the dentist (Dr. Kayla) treated me was disgusting after doing nothing but asking a polite question about a VERY expensive procedure. LOOK ELSEWHERE
