I don't know what is going on at this office but it seem as if they are too busy to care. I have called a few days in a row and nobody ever has answered the phone. I leave a message but no calls back. On the answering machine I always get they say they will call back within 24 hours..... Well were is the call back? You are working for the public but do you even care about the public?
