Great staff all the way around. I needed a crown that became a challenge to mold and fit. Dr. Richter spent several hours to get it right so that I would be completely comfortable. Nobody wants a dentist that cuts corners and he definitely goes the extra mile.
I always thought a dentist was a dentist, but after becoming a patient of Dr. Richter's, I realize how wrong I was. Dr. Richter is not only a great dentist, but his bedside manor is unsurpassed. During procedures, he always stops to make sure I'm okay. His office provides blankets (I’m always freezing) and water to make you feel more at home. Awesome appt with the Dr, and his staff is awesome
I love this place and all that work here. I have been bringing my family for 7 years. For the last 4 1/2 we have seen Dr. Richter and thought he was an amazing addition to this great practice. I love that we were able to get to know Dr. Richter for several years before the other doctor left. The transition seemed to be very smooth with several years of preparation to make sure the patients weren't taken by surprise.
