First, he answered two different phones during my initial appointment (his mobile and the landline in his office) and carried on conversations with two other patients. After that appointment, he called and actually yelled at me because he wasn't happy that I made an "executive decision to leave the island of Manhattan" (his words) to get a scan done that he had ordered. I got there and paid my copay. The receptionist left for the day shortly after. Before she left she walked over to where the doctor was and then came back to the front and said the doctor had my papers and would come get me when he was ready. That never happened…I waited for an hour. The office seemed empty. I now need to go through the hassle of getting my copay refunded. Would not recommend.
