I purchased a personalized diabetic health/diet plan and did not receive this. I paid for an individual health plan and received only generic. Sweetwater staff was unprofessional and unkind. Mowell is a chiropractor not an MD. Didn't provide product as paid for, so REFUND! damn farce.
