This is a review for the office staff, not the doctor since I never got to see him because of poor interaction with them
Contacted the office to inquire about being set up as a new patient after recently relocating to Scottsdale. Picked the office based off the reviews and it is close to my home. The office person asked what insurance I had and once informed, she told me they were "not taking new patients at this time, but check back in a month". I can only assume I was rejected due to the insurance I have. Very poor interaction by office staff.
I'm confused as to why he's not a 5 star? Dr. Marks has been my doctor for 25 years. He has ALWAYS listened to me and my concerns. He is VERY invested in my care and makes sure to go down every avenue to get the results. I've come across other doctors (specialists) and they sometimes tell you what you WANT to hear. Dr. Marks tells you what NEED to hear. He doesn't do it to make you feel bad, he does it because he wants you to feel better and healthier. I absolutely respect that in a physician! I have been seeing Dr. Brian Marks for 20+ years and I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. His knowledge and attention to detail are exactly what you want in a health care professional.
I was really sick and the receptionist, Jaimee was so kind and helpful. She got me right in to see the doctor. Dr. Marks saw me the same day and ordered labs and xrays which helped diagnose my problem. Many thanks to this office. Highly recommend them!
