This man right here saved my life when I had Guillian's Barre' Syndrome. I had been misdiagnosed 4 times, twice at UAB in Birmingham,AL. I was brought to Hartdner ER all the way from Haleyville AL and that night I was completely paralyzed, blood pressure was through the roof from the pain, the worst pain ever felt in my life! Dr. Smith suspected Guillian Barre Syndrome, sent me to Monroe where I was in icu for quite a while and I was told I had 24 hours left to live. I would not be here today had it not been for Dr.Smith!
