The office staff was welcoming and helpful with the forms. I had a CT scan which went very well, I needed contrast so the entire procedure was explained to me before anything was started. The IV was painless and done with 1 stick and the scan was started. I was taken to a different room where a nurse explained the next procedure and made sure that I was comfortable with what testing was being done. The experience for all visits was quite professional and courteous (staff included) right down to helping find a physician who would be helping me after my move. Moreover, Dr. Keuer was right on with, and caught the need for cardiac care also. So, it wasn't just urological but covered multiple aspects of medicine. I am grateful for the help.
