I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Egan, but when I try it takes me to other doctors in the practice and not to Dr. Egan?!
Dr. Egan is a fine ophthalmologist but the office is as dysfunctional as it comes. I received a new contact RX when I saw Dr. Egan last week but was unable to use the type he suggested. I am now in my third day of trying to get the contact RX changed to the type I used several years ago. I have spoken with two technicians, a receptionist and office manager several times. I still am without an updated RX for my contacts. It is an unbelievable experience in dealing with a physician's office.
Tried to make an appointment with Dr Brian Egan, but Office Manager refused to confirm whether the Doctor accepts my insurance. Too bad I'd have to deal with this off-putting rudeness and unprofessionalism if I were to keep trying to see Dr Egan, so I gave up and went elsewhere.
Thorough, professional, intelligent, listens, approachable and knows his profession!!
