Couldn't ask for more from Dr Brian Loh or his practice manager Marissa. Brian has a kind, compassionate and caring manner and provided excellent support to our family. We couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you Brian.
One of the best doctors I have ever seen. We were so worried about our child having hip dysplasia. We were recommended Dr Loh as the best hip specialist and we are so grateful. Such a lovely man, he took the time to carefully explain everything to us, and genuinely cared about our child and giving them the best care. He made sure to get us answers the same day (even though he could have sent us away and made us wait to get paid more for a second appointment!). Just so grateful to have found him! Literally came to Google to see any reviews and wow I’m so glad it wasn’t just me. The receptionist/practice manager I spoke with is SUPER rude and unhelpful. My GP told me Brian Loh is really lovely - too bad the front of house lets him down. She is in the wrong occupation.
Like Shayla in another review, I didn’t see Dr Brian Loh, but I did speak to the Practice Manager, Julia to make an appointment and she was extremely rude. Parents are going through an extremely difficult time coming to terms with a diagnosis and I think compassion and empathy would go a long way here. On multiple calls (even when I was clearly upset) she continued to interrupt me, talk over me and was very condescending.
