My experience with this dentist was nothing but a financial shakedown. If you don't follow his so called treatment plan, he becomes angry and treats you accordingly. He lacks compassion and empathy. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend him.
At my regular visit to my family dentist x-rays revealed significant decay under a double crown. Extraction of the involved teeth was mandated. Dr. Lambert was the recommended Oral Surgeon. After waiting a month for an appointment I arrived at Dr. Lambert’s Middletown Office not knowing what to expect, except that numbing at the site would be done instead of sedation based on my age and medical history. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lambert, Jennifer, and the entire team. Dr. Lambert was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the tooth extraction process. Jennifer was amazing and helped me every step of the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. I was referred to Dr Lambert and his team by my dentist to have a Wisdom tooth removed. The office staff was extremely helpful on the phone to get me set up, registered and to be seen promptly. Once there, it was a breeze. The staff, all of them were so polite and inviting. We had small talk and they really made me feel at ease. Doctor came in, introduced himself, explained the procedure, did his thing and the painful tooth was out. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend anyone to go to his office for treatment.
