“I had a visit with Dr. VOGEL, during which they assured me that the laboratory test was included in the visit price. However, when I called the office later, they told me the lab test was not included. Despite this, I was charged for the lab test on the visit day. Now, I have been told that I must pay the laboratory bill out of my own pocket, even though the office already charged me. I find this situation unfair and misleading, and I would not recommend this doctor due to this inconsistent billing practice.”
I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Vogel for many years and truly believe he is the best, most friendly doctor around. From the moment you walk into the office, his staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, and always accommodating. Dr. Vogel consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand. Even when you’re seeing him for a concerning issue, he never makes you feel scared. Horrible office. I came in FIRST patient before anyone came in due to an emergency in my eye, needed to see a specialist right away and was hoping I could get some help, just needed to have the Dr look quickly and get a referral since he is my primary Dr. I had my baby waiting for me and needed help asap. Was told they couldn’t take me. Didn’t accommodate at all. I understand that there is appointments but if there is an emergency they should have more compassion!!!!
