I’m disappointed with the professionalism I’ve experienced at this medical office. The front desk staff can be extremely loud and disruptive, and on multiple occasions I’ve noticed what appears to be the smell of alcohol coming from the area. That is concerning and creates an uncomfortable environment for patients.
