I was there Thursday for a new patient appointment. I was the patient, so accordingly, I was sitting in the exam chair and husband was sitting in the guest chair behind me. Dr. Dodds walked in and looked right past me and greeted my husband, and attempted to engage in small talk with him that took up a couple of minutes until my husband asked him to examine me as I am the patient. I received a referral to Dr. Dodds’ office for a follow up appointment to a facial injury. Everyone in the office, Dr. Dodds included, is so nice and professional. Dr. Dodds took the time to walk me through the images taken and pointed out the injury. He was thorough in explaining his diagnosis of how to treat my injury and answered all my questions. They were all very compassionate as well, which really meant a lot.
Over and above the rest. Got complete relief in first visit. Great staff and office. Highly recommend to anyone with ear problems..
Dr Dodds made me feel very comfortable and was very cordial. He performed a nasal cauterization because I was having frequent nosebleeds. I feel like I have been given a chance with a new nose and I'm not going to blow it.
Dr. Dodds and his staff have been great to work with. I am still resolving my jaw issue but I feel like I am in good hands. This has taken the fear out of the process thanks to them.
