I have called 5x and left messages for return call as I would like to discuss hydrodissection for ulnar nerve issues and set appt. No call back to date.
As with other reviews, I confirm - these people don’t get back to you. Phone calls, voicemails, emails etc. I haven’t heard a word back after repeatedly trying to get a hold of them.
I have been trying to get an appointment. I have called multiple times, no one answers the phone. And I never hear back although I leave a VM with my phone number. If someone could just help me get an appointment, that will be wonderful! If the office staff or Dr.Shiple read this review, please call me, I am interested in an appointment. I am sure Dr. Shiple is great!
If I could just get someone to answer the phone or call me back to make an appointment, I would have a better rating. I’m sure Dr. Shiple is great but the office staff is ruining it.
Dr Brian Shiple is the best! Lucky to have him close by. People fly in from all over to see him. He’s fixed both my knees. Without surgery or PT.
