Communication needs to be more understanding between patients and staff. But doctor was very concerned to improve health conditions for the patient's life.

Dr. Minnillo, Nurse Bre, the entire Eastgate office has, and continues to be, 5. From top to bottom I couldn't ask for better treatment. Always thorough, professional, great listeners. I've been a patient for many years and the level of care has been consistently superior. I recommend Dr. Brian Minnillo and The Urology Group.
The scheduling department is the ABSOLUTE WORST! My father had a procedure done last week, had to be rushed to the ER the next day because he was not voiding. ER put a catheter in and told him to call his doctor the next day to have this removed. The scheduling nurse argued with my father about this, was not interested in what the ER said. Finally got him in 5 days later for a nurse, only for them to cancel the appointment because he needs to see the doctor. (which is what my dad was trying to do in the first place).
