Dr Isler is professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to make me feel at ease and remembers details of conversations we’ve had outside of the medical realm.
Dr. Isler at the Pickerington location is the best . He's caring, he explains things to you so that you can understand what's going on with you. He doesn't rush through your office visit. Office staff is very pleasant.. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Isler and his staff earned a 5 star from me during my visit Jan 27th for a colonoscopy. After the prep the day before it was a very easy and good procedure. Dr. Isler and staff were GREAT!! I will highly recommend Dr. Isler and staff from Ohio Gastro Group.
The staff is extremely efficient in their pre- and post-procedure activities. (I cannot comment on the actual procedure as I was out cold. My anesthesiologist was legit!) I e had two procedures here and both were surprisingly pleasant considering the actual procedures I needed (colonoscopy and endoscopy).
Very professional, informative, and friendly staff and medical professionals. They make my health care top priority and explain everything in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Dr. Isler and his staff!
