Couldn't be more disappointed with their lack of customer service in following up on a referral that my primary care provider made on December 30th - and only got my first call from them on January 16th. Not acceptable and they don't seem to care at all.
The office staff for my Dr is HORRIBLE. I had to call 4 times over a month and the secratary said she never got my messages! She only there 2 days a week, you can't get a hold over anyone there... takes forever to get rx,s and referrals etc...
