I don’t write reviews often, but Dr. Brain Yoon and his amazing team deserve a big shoutout! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the friendliest staff who somehow make going to the dentist feel less like a chore and more like a visit to see friends (with fancy dental equipment). Best and most honest dentist in the Boston area. I can’t say enough good things about him and his practice.
Dr. Yoon's entire practice is excellent. I have been with them for 10 years. Starting with Dr. Yoon himself, there are a number of outstanding characteristics that distinguish him from many other practitioners. I previously had a good experience with Dr. Yoon. He had been a great dentist. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his front office staff. This is the interaction I had with their awful receptionist, Gabby: - I told gabby I got new insurance and she told me dr. yoon was not in network. I called my insurance company and they let me know Dr. Yoon IS in network. I decided to call my insurance company again to get it sorted.
