Dr. Fengel is by far the kindest and most competent eye doctor in Westchester, NY. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. I consistently leave his office feeling confident that I’ve received the very best care. I’ve been seeing him for many years, and even though I now live in Florida, I still travel back to New York for my annual checkups just to continue seeing him.
