Nice practice and staff, would just appreciate letting patients know about pre-authorizations needed from insurances or out of pocket payments in detail before setting appointments. Husband and I both missed a day of work for a set date to have wisdom tooth removal, just to be turned away because our insurance had not been advised yet…and we did not have enough money to pay out of pocket that day. Now we have to wait 2-3 weeks for insurance pre-authorization, and possibly have to miss another day of work once that’s figured ... read more

I just got my wisdom teeth removed and want to say what an amazing job this team did. My whole surgery was only about 20 minutes, and everyone was so kind and respectful from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into their work. You all truly deal with a lot and still manage to be the sweetest people genuinely real life superheroes! Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Dr fangman is one of the most reliable, intelligent as well as reassuring doctors I’ve ever had. Brandon the tech assistant was absolutely incredible! Kept the energy up and was very intelligent with his job and kept me smiling even before my implant! Absolutely love altitude oral surgery!
