Dr Wilner is kind and caring. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone.
I have no heart issues, had to see the dr to get cardio clearance for my knee surgery. Had my EKG and it was prefect, the day before the surgery the doctor refused to give me clearance because he wants me to have an echo. there is and was no reason for this except to grift me for more money. this is medical abuse and fraud.
Doctor Wilmer is a kind and caring doctor. He is patient and the way he asked questions about his patients in calm voice. He is knowledgeable and knows his stuffs. I strongly recommend his practice Cardiology of Philadelphia. Thank you Dr. Wilmer for your dedication to medicine and your sacrifice serving front lines.
