Did not find him responsive to getting back to me on several occasions. I felt no confidence in him
Had my first appointment with Dr. Kowal from Urology Associates of Cape Cod today. First off he was supposed to call me at 4:30 PM and he called me at 5:15 PM with no warning that he’d be calling late. During the appointment he made a suggestion to me and since I didn’t take it, he was very clearly irritated. If you are not willing to listen to your patients, and get their feedback, you are not a good doctor. I will be staying far away from him in the future, and I suggest you to do the same.
I had a very large Stag Horn kidney stone that had to be removed surgically. I'm 76 years old was very anxious about this invasive procedure. Dr. Kowal showed me my cat scan and very clearly and kindly explained the procedure. All was a success and I thank him very much.
