Dr. Thomas is awesome - super knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. His staff answers the phone on the first ring, and are helpful and knowledgeable as well. In addition, i have the Dr’s cell number (as all patients do), and I can reach him anytime without going through an answering service and waiting for a callback.
We were referred into this practice (MD VIP)by a trusted healthcare professional. Once the initial intake was completed we were looking forward to working within the structure of this unique practice. It wasn’t until we were assigned to work with this individual that we knew we made a mistake. Dr. Thomas is an excellent and caring physician. He is knowledgeable and up to date on all common, and most special medical issues. He shares that knowledge in a clear and straightforward manner and refers patients to specialists when needed. He is accessible by phone and in person on short notice when necessary. I recommend him highly after about 20 years as his patient.
