I’ve been going to Clarity Allergy Center (Dr. Rotskoff) on Halsted since January, only for the entire staff to go MIA for the past month with no warning or explanation. This is the worse time of year for my allergies, and the treatment I’m on requires monthly, if not more frequent appointments. I’ve called the office numerous times, sometimes I am blatantly hung up on, or I get an “answering service.” The one time I did get through to a staff member, I was told “The Dr is out of the office until further notice…” I’m underst... read more

This doctor dropped all his patients and stopped treatment all of a sudden with no explanation. For the past month he can canceled all of his appointments. His office staff is rude and not helpful. They do not pick up phone calls and when they do the nurse was extremely unprofessional. Now i am scrambling to find a new allergist and re-start my treatment. This office won’t even provide me with my own health records so that i could easily transition to another doctor. Not only is it unprofessional to stop treatment for all hi... read more

I used to be a patient, but the doctor started canceling appointments with no explanation, eventually not even a courtesy call, just an automated message saying it was canceled. They canceled five appointments in a row, which is disruptive to allergy immunotherapy treatment. The office refused to return any of my calls or emails to explain why, and now I am out the hundreds of dollars spent on mixing my immunotherapy serum that will sit in their fridge unused because nobody could be bothered to respond to me.

Great office. The doctor worked with me and listened to what was needed. I did quick-acting sublingual therapy almost immediately reduced my symptoms being around dogs. I also did traditional allergy shots. Over 4 years my symptoms are about 85% gone! I was allergic to dogs, cats, dander, pollen, mold, etc, etc. It makes a huge difference when visiting people and staying in places when traveling not to have to worry if my airway is going to close or if I'm going to feel awful for days. Huge gain in quality of life!
