I would first like to start by saying that Dr. Cox and his P.A., Carlitos, are absolutely amazing! They are truly the best of the best! My son, who trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu every day and is an IBJJF World Champion, got hit very hard on his right ear. Doctor Cox and his assistant, Carlitos, are simply the best! I’m in my mid-50s and I’ve never met a doctor, nor a staff member as friendly, attentive, nurturing, well-knowledged and as kind as them. The visits were for my 82-year-old mother, who needed surgery on her foot due to an injury. Watching these two gentlemen treat her like she was the most precious thing to them, warmed my heart to no end. Dr. Cox is the most compassionate, caring individual I know. As a doctor, he is the most loyal and dedicated doctor there is. I was so fortunate to have found him and have him as my plastic surgeon. I don't know what I would do without him. I don't want to think of my life without him. He has become a great friend to our family and I'm honored when I hear him say that I'm like that sister he never had. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I could tell that all the staff and nurses really enjoyed working there. They must have a really good boss. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
