On June, 19th, 2025 I tore my Achilles tendon and I saw Dr. Brian Cashin in the ER at Mountain View Regional Medical Center. Unfortunately, in my life time I have had more than my share of hospital related visits. Dr. Brian Cashin by far has been the most professional and thorough physician that I have ever encountered. Dr. Brian Cashin is a highly competent Emergency Medicine doctor. I arrived with extreme pain in my buttocks after a fall. Dr. Cashin ordered every possible exam, X-ray, CAT scan, and MRI. He concluded that I had fractured my sacrum. After some time in the ER, another doctor contradicted his findings and said that my sacrum was not fractured and I was released without a satisfactory diagnosis of my situation and sent home.
