Made me pay for unecessary precedure! The first contact was very pleasant but then they told me to get a procedure done to which I agreed only if it was covered by my insurance. They told me it was so I agreed to it. Then got a bill in the mail and I had to cover the entire price of the procedure as my insurance did not!! I called them but nobody would want to listen and they were very not helpful, the only thing they could say was we'll send you the final bill again. I used to go there Really liked Brian but then was disappointed. Pressured into getting an expensive procedure. Went to a different dentist and he could see no reason for this procedure and I have not ever had the procedure. They also won't work with you with your dental insurance and the prices are always too high. Many better dentists who aren't into the shake down for costly unnecessary procedures either.
EXCELLENT SERVICE The last time I was in to Brian C. White, D.D.S. & Associates I was treated very well by all the staff. Dr. Aaron Roan took his time with me and explained every procedure in total detail before they moved on. The office made me feel very comfortable and my extraction was pain free. They got me in and out of the office at my appointed time and called the next day to make sure I was doing ok. There was a lot of parking and entry to the building was very simple.
great experience DR White and his staff were very professional and kind to me during my visit. all work was completely explained and fees were covered. I was not pressured into having the treatment done and the treatment was made as painless as possible. I would recommend Dr. White to anybody.
Great Dentist in State College! My family has been going to Dr. White since we moved to State College in the 80s. His work is very good and the staff are so pleasant. He is very knowledgable in his field and the office is nice and clean.
