He is very attentive to my particular needs and answers my question's as needed. He is very friendly to my wife and I. Seems to be an very attentive doctor.
Excellent doctor
Dr. Hard seems like a competent doctor but his front office is utterly disgraceful. My mother, a Parkinson's patient, is almost 83 years old while my father is almost 86. After they had driven 27 miles to get to her appointment, the front office turned my mother away for being 11 minutes late. 11 whole minutes! One minute over the grace period! Everything about my visit was perfect except I asked if the results of the nerve study were ready and could they be sent to DR. Schurdell immediately as I had an appointment that afternoon at 1:30 pm. Dr. Hard stated they would be done and he would send them. When I saw Dr. Schrudell that afternoon I told him that Dr. Hard stated that the test confirmed the Carpap Tunnel Syndrome .
