Dr. Baird is extremely thorough! He took his time to make sure he has find all the tear in my retina. He explained the "good news bad news" very clearly and answered all my questions & confirmed all my suspicions. His staff Megan is super nice & supportive. Not only is he knowledgeable, Dr. Baird himself is very bubbly, funny, easy going. He put my husband and I at ease right away. His equipments are the latest state-of-the-art technology.
