Dr. Z is fine, but his staff is not. They are the most difficult people I have ever dealt with. I have gone to many dentists’ offices. They are the worst. As soon as I start asking a question, she said “NO.” I didn’t even finish the question. She has the attitude. The worst part is that their staff doesn’t provide necessary information to an insurance company. I have to ask her to send the information to my insurance company so many times.
