He gave me a CPAP machine that is serviced by a company he doesn't deal with anymore so he can't read the data. He had me coming back for office visits promising to be able to help, but did nothing but blame it on someone else. after 4 visits and over a years time, he still can't retrieve the data, but he keeps charging office visits! He shows no concern other than to collect my copay. I still don't know if the machine is working for me and he has no concern for my health. He commented, 'maybe if I saw him more often'. Very Poor visit with Dr. Volpe today. I went in for a visit and it was a 27 minute visit. 3 min in the waiting area and I was the only patient. 13 minutes waiting in the exam room. 6 minutes with Dr. Volpe and 4 minutes checking out. Dr. Volpe did not listen to me, he did not answer my questions, and I felt judged and as if I was being scolded.
I recently met with Dr. Volpe concerning my sleep issues. I found him to be extremely helpful with my issues. His staff (I believe they are sisters) is probably the nicest Dr's office staff I have ever encountered. They made me feel so welcomed. Great Doctor and a great staff. Highly reccommend!
I had a very positive visit. Dr. Volpe was attentive in addressing my sleep concerns and was able to put my mind at ease. He was pleasant, thorough and took his time to explain to me what my options were for my sleep issues. His staff is very pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.
Today I had my first follow up appointment, worst appointment ever. They dont know how to read my machine, and told me that for him was more important to hear "if i was feeling that it is working ". Also asked me if I was reading the screen of the machine and what do I think about those numbers. Unnprofessional. Already asked to my primary doctor to refer me to a different doctor. I wont be back there.

I don't even want to give this doctor 1 star!!! Went to him one time and I had a nose bleed. (Not the reason for the visit) He immediately told me to lay down on the examining table. I said to him "Are you sure I should lay down with a nose bleed?" and he said "Of course you should, I'm a doctor!" This should say it all.
The worst doctor I have ever had. Not one bit concerned about your health. Kept me running back to his office but doing nothing for me. Would not let Respirary therapist adjust my machine. Let me suffer. Finally I got the heck out of there. It was a cold and uncaring group. Run.
