He treated someone I care about rudely. Took his sweet time calling the insurance. They went without their med. the office, well one tells you one thing then another, neither beingvv by right. The office is a joke
Dr. Neustater is an excellent doctor. I first went to him after my sister was diagnosed with colon cancer and my primary doctor referred me to this doctor. I was very nervous to do a colonoscopy because I did not know what to expect. Dr. Neustater calmed me down and assured me that everything would be ok. He is very personable and has a cool relaxed demeanor, so much so, I have been referring my family and co-workers to him. The office staff is horrible, so much so I am looking for another gastro dr. Had a CT SCAN and could not get results for a month after. They don't call Only in Person but no appointments for a month forturnately my primary had info Uncaring Dr and office!
Dr Neustater has been excellent. He spends a lot of time with me and carefully explained the procedure. He is kind and has an excellent bedside manner. His office staff are wonderful. I give Brett Neustater a 5 Star Excellent rating. By Gregg L. Friedman MD
Based on my initial visit, I would recommend Dr. Neustater. He was on time, the office was clean, he had new technology in the office that aided in my visit and he took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I have a follow-up procedure scheduled and will update my rating then.
