I had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was painless, and the care I received was top-notch. I truly felt like I was in expert hands. The day after I felt zero pain or pressure almost like nothing happen! Highly recommend to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!
I unfortunately cracked a molar and was referred to Dr. Nydegger by my dentist for evaluation and treatment. From the very start, I felt like I was in excellent hands. The evaluation process included a 3D CT scan, and Dr. Nydegger thoroughly explained the images and findings from start to finish, ensuring I fully understood the situation. Fortunately, the tooth could be saved, but it required a root canal—a procedure that typically brings up a lot of fear and anxiety. Wow, I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Brett Nydegger and the wonderful staff! First off, the receptionists, Annette and Wendy, are super sweet and friendly. They always make me feel at home, and relaxed, like I’m a friend, not simply a client. I never have to wait more than a few minutes, and Ro, is such a sweetheart too!
