First off Lens Mart has the best doctors. My complaint is with the Camdenton Lens Mart front desk. One in particular receptionist was VERY rude. I tried explaining that my contacts were not working for me. I was trying to find out if I had been given a different prescription or a different brand. As I was trying to explain this, she became very rude with me and condescending and talking down to me. Dr Koons is wonderful! I’ve been seeing him for many years and he’s extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind. He’s never rushed my appt and has always explained all my vision options to me. His office staff are just as fantastic as he is. I was unsure what lenses and what coatings to use on my lenses; Shyla & Mikayla were extremely helpful. Shyla helped me keep the expense of my new glasses down and she and Mikayla helped me choose to use my old frames instead of buying new ones which would cost me so much more. Shyla e... read more
The doctor was fabulous. She got me a through exam and figured out that my previous prescription from different provider was severely incorrect for my eyes. The.office girls were very helpful in getting me the right type of lenses and frames . I can actually see clearly,with the new prescription. It didn't take very long to get glasses ready for pick up. Only drawback is they are not open weekends.
I experienced excellent customer service today and had a truly pleasant interaction with all 3 associates at LensMart this morning when I went in for an emergency situation.
