Janee was so helpful. She thought that I came in apprehensive pack upon so helpful with insurance information and saying no good things about her .
I have had an extremely mixed bag of experiences over the years when using Dr. Loeser as my dentist. He is a great guy personally and has always been very nice when I actually got to see him but the management in this office is awful. Today was the final straw for me. You can either be seen right away at your appointment time or wait for 30+ minutes past your appointment time, and you never know which you will get.
