My husband visited Dr. Sokoloff for neck pain due to a prior fusion several years ago. He advised a block which would be scheduled "right away" at another office. A month later, three phone calls, along with an email to the office, we were still waiting for the procedure. The call finally came while we were at Campbell Clinic for a pain block which was done the day of our first visit. It's inexcusable when a provider or his staff does not return patient's phone calls.
