Worst experience ever with a professional office. While the practitioner seems skilled and credible, his office is a complete disaster. Even though they were in our Aetna network, they never could get the claim filed correctly, neglected to keep us in the loop for the next step in the process (tooth implant), and after they completely dropped the ball be failing to even file the claim, we were rushing to get the work and claim in by the end of the calendar year.
