We’ve had a lovely experience. All staff are helpful and friendly. Brent is professional and has a wealth of knowledge.
Dr Allan is out of this world! I’m incredibly grateful he was my jaw surgeon - his skill and expertise is truly life-changing. It’s no surprise that everyone speaks so highly of him. It was very reassuring for professionals within the field including nurses, radiologists, and dentists to be so happy for me when they discovered that he would be the one performing my surgery. His team is also very supportive, ensuring a smooth journey and experience for whatever procedure you undergo.
My 15 year old boy had 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and we received wonderful care and service at the McCourt St rooms. It is indeed a worry to leave your son in the hands of a medical team but I walked out of there confident he would be well looked after. They even allowed me to stay with my son up until the anaesthetic kicked in since he was nervous. All the medical staff were kind, compassionate and highly professional. He is recovering well. Thank you so much.
I wish I had sought a second opinion before going ahead with this surgeon. My teenage son had six teeth removed under general anesthesia, and the experience was far from acceptable. The initial consultation was delayed by almost an hour and felt rushed. On the day of surgery, we never saw the surgeon—before or after the procedure. I had my adult canines removed under general Anesthesia three months ago at the clinic. I ended up with a grey front tooth and nerve damage post surgery which involves me not feeling my front upper 4 teeth. Before the surgery I was not informed of these two outcomes being a possibility. There was no follow up appointment so when I asked for one and questioned the issues the answer I was given was "would you rather that or potentially loosing your front teeth?".
