Not a review against Dr. Ohata, this is regarding the treatment I received from a staff member today. I took an emergency dental appointment for today, thinking my appointment with Dr Ohata was for tomorrow. I clearly made a mistake on my schedule, and not something I do very often. I apologized for the mix up, repeatedly emphasized that this was a dental emergency appointment and the response I got was - I was going to be charged for missing my appointment.
