I recently had my first visit with Dr. Brent. Overall, my experience with him was average, and I feel I need to see him a couple more times to truly evaluate his expertise and what he can do to help address my nasal congestion and polyp concerns. It took almost a month to get in to see him. Waited in waiting room almost an hour then waited again in the patient room. He came in and didn’t listen to my ailments just proceeded to do BPPV maneuvers. Walked out of the room with me dizzy as crud and nauseous. Nurse got me water and helped me to bathroom. Waited in waiting room until I was able to drive.

I was having ear issues and I got an appointment within 2 days! Very impressive. I was seen and treated quickly. Doctor was very friendly. I would recommend this office.

I am happy with Dr Metts my breathing has gotten better and after going to another Doctor on his recommendation I realize my infections are different issue and my operations have helped me a lot.Over all pleased and hope he can help me in future if I have another nasal issue
