Under the care of Dr. Jensen, my daughter was instructed to get a flu vaccine fall of 2023. In the spring of 2024, due to mismanaged records by Oakleaf, we were told she hadn’t received a flu vaccine and was instructed to get another one. It was later discovered, and Oakleaf admitted to the mistake. Medically, I have been told this is no issue. However. Oakleaf and Dr Jensen get 1 star as they billed on the inappropriately applied flu vaccine.
Caring, kind, and competent. Great doctor! I'd recommend to anyone.
