new patient appointment asked about taking my insurance and they take my insurance but only for existing patients not for new patients I do believe that's discrimination I'll be looking into it it's very sad
Every time I goto this office I’m waiting 40 minutes to be seen this is ridiculous. I need a new doctor and everyone can hear your conversation. The lady’s look at me funny like they never seen a a person of a different race and that’s very uncomfortable to deal with at a doctors office. Dr raap is the only decent person in the building
Blonde receptionist is not friendly, does not smile, and definitely looks like she hates what she is doing.
Great office. They get you right in if it's an emergency. Very quick billing and low co-pays. Both Dr's are VERY straight forward and not afraid to hurt feelings, nothing is sugar coated. I'm sure that's where the bad reviews are coming from. I really like the straight forward and direct answers. It's also very convenient to have the blood testing office in the same building. Testing is always super quick and the lady that handles that portion is great!
Dr Rapp is ok his assistant Henry has no clue what he is doing.after 2 years of ear trouble ended up having reconstructed surgery and tumor removal at Ann Arbor now I have perminate hearing loss he said it's.Just old age??????
