Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Frey and his staff make what can be a very uncomfortable process, a lot easier for children.
Dr. Frye is a narcissist. He's may be polite to his patients but I have caught him being mean on several occasions to his staff. The older staff seem professional and polite while the younger ones need more training. I stopped attending when I heard him talking down to a female staff member. If that woman's brother or hubby was around he would not have used that tone.
