Had a great experience during my visit. From start to finish everyone was very nice and informative. I was way overdue for an eye exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Shelley.
Southwest Eye Institute was a very pleasant experience. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and explain what the process is to us from start to finish. Once we saw Dr. Shelley, he also tool his time to explain what his findings were for our exam and that he needed to have a couple more tests done. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend this office to others.

The staff is very friendly and professional. It is always a smooth and easy check-in. Dr. Shelly is always very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Everyone here is so helpful and welcoming, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Dr. Shelly and his staff!
