Husband arrived Friday pm via EMSA from nursing home. Trouble breathing and pneumonia, (dyspnea, vomiting since am and new rash on legs). Dr. Mefford releases him with oral anti-biotic in early morning. EMSA transports back Sat AM because he is worse. My husband died within minutes getting back to ER. He was 69. Why was he released hours earlier?
I NEVER write reviews, but this experience was so bad I cannot stay quiet about it. I went to the ER with severe and scary head pain. He checked a couple of things and ordered a cat scan. Following that, This doctor was in and out of the room so quickly, I had to almost yell at him to ask a question. He literally walked out the door as I was talking! just trying to understand in better detail what was actually going on. He didn't ask me ANY questions and ended up prescribing me a steroid that could create extreme complicatio... read more

I just had the misfortune of being seen by this person. I haven’t had a better blowoff since I was dating. This person would be better suited to work in the morgue. If I ever see this person again it’ll be too soon.
