I am a patient at the Ocala VA, and also known as the Ocala CBOC. Dr Leytem’s job performance is extremely subpar. He has allowed at least 7 of my major prescriptions to reach 0, zero, Refill Status in spite of several Text Messages to him. He totally ignores my pleas to order refills for my medications.
