Dr. Houlihan is lovely, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and competent. My wife had to have surgery with Dr. Houlihan and all went well; we received first class support and attention. I will recommend Dr. Houlihan forever ! (while i'm alive at least :-)
My regret is that I only have but five stars to give. Dr. Houlihan is the absolute best! She deserves all of the stars in the sky and more. My 84 year-old dad had to have emergency colon surgery and the result was an ostomy bag. She successfully reversed it three months later, during that time she took great care of us, she was patient, kind, compassionate, sympathetic, attentive and most of all treated my dad like he was her only patient. Dr. Houlihan and her staff are extraordinary human beings and superb medical providers. Dr. Houlihan cares about me as a patient and she treats me on my own crazy level. She makes what should be a horrible medical appointment into a not scary and highly informed situation, with a lot of laughter if you're somebody with a sense of humor. Dr. Houlihan performed a resection surgery for me as a patient. Cancer was cured and I have had no problems since. The most outstanding thing about Dr. Houlihan is the way she treats her patients. She answers all questions explaining situations and procedures in a way that patients understand. She actually called me on the weekend one time updating me on lab results. This makes patients more comfortable knowing that their doctor really cares and that you are not just another patient. Thank you Dr. Houlihan and your team!
